I’m a State Farm Agent proudly serving Seattle, including Queen Anne, Magnolia, Downtown Seattle, and West Seattle, with a focus on providing knowledgeable, responsive, and personalized insurance support. With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and a team of licensed professionals offering over 65 years of combined experience, my office is committed to helping individuals, families, and business owners make informed decisions about protecting what matters most.

My insurance journey began as an adjuster, where I saw firsthand how insurance can impact people during some of life's most challenging moments. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for the importance of understanding coverage before a loss occurs and inspired me to become a State Farm Agent. Today, I’m passionate about helping customers understand their options so they can make confident decisions about their coverage. Whether you're exploring Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Renters Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Business Insurance, or Pet Insurance, my goal is to provide clear guidance and recommendations based on your individual needs and goals.

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. My team takes the time to understand each customer’s unique situation, answer questions, provide accurate quotes, review coverage options, and assist throughout the recovery process when needed. We believe insurance is about more than selecting a policy. It’s about helping people prepare for the unexpected and understand how their coverage works when they need it most. Our office proudly serves customers in both English and Spanish, allowing us to support a diverse range of individuals, families, and business owners throughout the community.

As a woman-owned business owner who was born in Korea, I value building relationships with people from many different backgrounds and experiences. I also work alongside my husband, Brian Chambers, who is a State Farm Agent as well. Together, we stay closely connected to the communities we serve while providing hands-on support and personalized service across our locations. I am honored to have qualified for State Farm honors including Honor Club, Ambassador Club, and Chairman’s Club, reflecting my longstanding commitment to helping customers navigate their insurance choices.

Outside the office, I’m a mom to our son, Blake, and much of our family time revolves around school activities, soccer games, and everyday adventures together. I enjoy playing pickleball, gardening, traveling, trying new recipes, and spending time with friends and family. Our senior Shih Tzu is also a big part of our daily life and reminds me why helping families protect the people and pets they care about is so important.

Community involvement is something I truly value. I regularly volunteer at my son’s school, participate in local events such as Magnolia Summerfest and the Magnolia Halloween Festival, and am a member of the Magnolia Chamber of Commerce. Our agency also works with organizations including the YWCA and DESC to help support individuals and families throughout the area. In a city like Seattle, where relationships and community connections matter, I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve my neighbors and build lasting relationships based on dependability, service, and genuine care.
